We are in what I call an all hands on deck season within the body of Christ right now. I could go on and on about everything that the LORD has revealed to me in the Spirit up until this point but instead, I want to make sure you understand how important your posture is in this hour. For example:
Are you praying more than you're scrolling online?
Are you writing down your dreams and visions, and seeking the LORD for interpretation?
Are you doing what the Father commanded or are you halting between two opinions?
Regardless of how you answered those questions, it doesn't change the fact that you must be full of faith in God and not fearful of war and change. If you've ever been in prayer with me before, you might've heard me say something along the lines of, "LORD, You not only hear my prayers but You intend to answer them". This is because I am living in an answered prayer as I type this and even now, the Father continues to show me time and time again that He responds to my prayers and supplications. I've learned that this level of confidence in prayer is attainable by anyone that devotes themselves to laboring for the kingdom of God in private and in public; in abundance and in famine. That's because a person who is devoted to exalting the name of Jesus will never be forgotten or forsaken by God.
âTherefore do not worry, saying, âWhat shall we eat?â or âWhat shall we drink?â or âWhat shall we wear?â For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." - Matthew 6:31-33
I am fully persuaded that the labor pains of feeding Jesus' sheep are worth every single trial, tribulation, and affliction I have and will experience as a result of doing God's will. I also wholeheartedly believe that a laborer is worthy of their wages (Luke 10:7) and as disciples of Jesus Christ, it's up to us to keep laboring for Him when times are good and when times are difficult all while trusting the LORD to supply our every need. I mean God is the King of glory after all and if He can change times & seasons (Daniel 2:21), surely He will cover His people when mountains come tumbling down.
So, as wicked systems fall and darkness is exposed, I encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and don't allow yourself to become weary in well-doing. Repeat after me: I am not alone because I am not my own and I will not allow my eyes to deceive me. Instead, I will continue to labor for the LORD God Almighty and birth everything that He has placed on the inside of me at the appointed time. God is faithful and His praise shall continually be in my mouth. Therefore, I will trust His voice above any other voice that I hear and I will stand in His counsel to receive wisdom, knowledge, revelation, and understanding. The LORD is my provider. He is Jehovah-jireh. I will not beg for bread. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
